Recognized for her in-depth knowledge and range of experience, her practice focuses primarily in the areas of environmental law, corporate/commercial law, regulatory law, compliance, and Aboriginal issues in the energy and natural resource sectors.

With experience working in an advisory capacity in both the public and private sectors, combined with her knowledge of provincial and federal legislative frameworks, 赛琳娜 is well positioned to provide practical, innovative legal advice to businesses and organizations. Clients value her ability to gain an in-depth understanding of their business and risk tolerance in order to tailor a solution best suited to their needs. 赛琳娜 offers practical, value-added guidance to clients on the impacts of common law, statutory, and policy developments on their business operations. She also regularly advises clients on the commercial aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, and procurement processes.

赛琳娜's practice specializes in climate change law, where she provides strategic, innovative advice to clients on matters relating to carbon pricing, emissions trading, offset systems, compliance, and clean technologies. She is trained in the ISO 14064-1 standard for 组织级别的量化和温室气体排放与清除报告。 她的一些著名作品包括:

She is committed to keeping clients updated on policy and legal developments related to their business needs and values the importance of consistent engagement with clients. Additionally, 赛琳娜 is an active participant in various mentorship programs and has advised non-profit organizations on certain regulatory and commercial aspects of managing plastic waste in the ocean on a pro bono basis.

赛琳娜 obtained a Juris Doctor from the 渥太华大学 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of 伦敦 (England). She also earned a Master’s degree in public administration (specializing in innovation, science and environment) from Carleton University in 2002 and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia. She is fluent in Cantonese and conversant in German.
